The app allows users to quickly log catches with automated data such as weather and GPS location, even when offline (weather data not automatically determined). Users can track various statistics per fish, including type, number, length, weight, body of water, water depth, temperature, weather conditions, GPS position, and more.
fish trace provides a personalized experience by allowing users to manage their data efficiently, export statistics, clear/reset data, provide feedback, and backup/restore app data. With the ability to share catch details with other fishermen and enter competitions, fish trace aims to create a community of anglers sharing their best catches worldwide. The app is ad-free, with no in-app purchases, and is part of a non-profit project dedicated to enhancing fishing experiences.
